1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkrapp," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operating entity behind the pkrapp platform, accessible at pkrapp.pro.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the pkrapp platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the pkrapp website, any mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications or interfaces made available by pkrapp.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Funds" refers to any Pakistani Rupee (PKR) or cryptocurrency balance held within a Player's pkrapp Account, whether deposited by the Player or credited as a bonus.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spin winnings, cashback awards, or any non-deposited credits applied to an Account under a pkrapp promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process pkrapp conducts on all Accounts, as required by our operating licence.
• "CNIC" means Computerised National Identity Card — the standard Pakistani national identification document issued by NADRA.

Headings in these Terms are for reference only and do not affect interpretation. References to "days" mean calendar days unless stated otherwise. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in any gambling activity on the pkrapp Platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction. pkrapp enforces this requirement rigorously and without exception.

2.2 Age Verification Process. pkrapp will request documentary proof of age from all players prior to processing any withdrawal and at any point pkrapp deems verification necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Until age is verified to pkrapp's satisfaction, withdrawal rights may be suspended.

2.3 False Age Declarations. Any Player who provides false information regarding their age in order to circumvent age restrictions commits a material breach of these Terms. pkrapp reserves the right to void all wagers placed by such a Player, forfeit all Account balances, and permanently close the Account without further notice.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility. pkrapp is designed and operated for use by players based in Pakistan. It is each Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. pkrapp makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations.

2.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, agents, and immediate family members of pkrapp and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player Accounts or participate in gambling activities on the Platform.

3 Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration Requirement. You must register an Account to access real-money games, place sports bets, or request withdrawals. Registration is free. pkrapp reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing reasons.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

3.3 One Account Per Player. Each player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one Account on the pkrapp Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. pkrapp uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity cross-referencing to detect duplicate Accounts.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. Notify pkrapp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.5 KYC Documentation. pkrapp is obligated under its operating licence to conduct identity verification checks on all players. You must submit, upon request:

• A clear copy of your CNIC (front and back) or valid passport;
• A selfie holding the submitted ID document where requested;
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) where required;
• Source of funds documentation for high-value transactions where required by compliance obligations.

3.6 Account Closure by pkrapp. pkrapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where: (a) a player provides false or misleading information; (b) a player breaches any provision of these Terms; (c) a player's activity indicates problem gambling behaviour; or (d) pkrapp is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pkrapp currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20). pkrapp reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Currency. Deposits may be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via mobile wallet and bank transfer methods. USDT deposits will be converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of processing. pkrapp does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the pkrapp Cashier page and may be updated periodically. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals from verified Accounts are processed on a priority basis. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals to KYC-verified accounts are handled as quickly as operationally possible. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional time depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. pkrapp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be completed before withdrawal;
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method for anti-money-laundering compliance, where operationally required;
• pkrapp reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing large withdrawals.

4.6 Declined Transactions. pkrapp is not liable for any losses arising from declined deposits or withdrawal delays attributable to third-party payment processors, bank policies, network outages, or factors outside pkrapp's control.

4.7 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate pkrapp transaction constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkrapp will defend all legitimate chargebacks and reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account of any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback, recover the disputed amount from any remaining Account balance, and pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Policy. pkrapp offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which take precedence over these general bonus provisions where there is any conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated expiry period will result in the Bonus Funds and associated winnings being removed from the Account.

5.3 Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute differently towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at 100%. Live casino games, table games, and certain jackpot games may contribute at a lower rate or be entirely excluded from wagering requirement calculations. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. pkrapp reserves the right to withdraw bonuses and void winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to extract bonus value, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or placing bets that violate the stated terms of a specific promotion.

5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, pkrapp players may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in one or more bonuses being cancelled without compensation.

5.6 Promotional Changes. pkrapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion before such changes take effect will generally be entitled to complete their wagering under the original terms, subject to pkrapp's reasonable discretion.

6 Gameplay, Bets & Outcomes

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the pkrapp Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited by third-party laboratories. The published theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and verifiable.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting on pkrapp is governed by the individual sport rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform. In cases of ambiguity or dispute regarding outcomes, pkrapp's interpretation of applicable rules shall be final. pkrapp reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, abandoned, or whose outcome cannot be determined.

6.3 Palpable Errors. pkrapp reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed as a result of a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or any other obvious pricing or technical mistake. This includes situations where odds are significantly incorrect relative to the true market price. In such cases, pkrapp will refund the stake to the Player's Account.

6.4 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, server interruption, or connectivity issue during a game session or bet placement, pkrapp will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, pkrapp will refund the stake. pkrapp is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.5 Accepted Currency. All bets, winnings, and account balances on pkrapp are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for USDT transactions.

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. pkrapp is genuinely committed to responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care in this regard seriously.

7.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pkrapp players through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your pkrapp Account;
• Loss Limits: Set caps on how much you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the pkrapp Platform for a minimum period of 6 months.

7.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who choose to self-exclude will have their Accounts suspended for the duration of the exclusion period. pkrapp will make reasonable efforts to ensure that no marketing communications are sent to self-excluded players. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly upon submission through the Account Settings panel or by contacting support.

7.4 Problem Gambling Recognition. If you are concerned that your gambling may be causing harm to yourself or your family, pkrapp encourages you to seek help. You may reach out to international problem gambling support organisations for confidential assistance.

7.5 Under-Age Protection. pkrapp is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We actively implement age verification controls and encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling sites.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrapp Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — whether in game software or the Platform itself — to generate artificial winnings;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Collusion with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing bets for the primary purpose of meeting a bonus wagering requirement using low-risk or zero-risk strategies that violate the spirit of the promotion;
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate pkrapp transactions;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security measures;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

8.2 pkrapp reserves the right to withhold and investigate any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected before taking action. During such investigations, the relevant Account's withdrawal and gameplay functions may be restricted. pkrapp will notify the affected player of the outcome of the investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the pkrapp Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of pkrapp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; use any pkrapp trademark, logo, or brand element for any purpose without prior written consent; or scrape, frame, or republish any part of the Platform.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of pkrapp's intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 The pkrapp Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkrapp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrapp's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 pkrapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from breach of contract, tort, or any other cause of action, even if pkrapp has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.4 pkrapp is not liable for losses arising from: (a) internet connectivity failures; (b) power outages; (c) third-party payment provider delays or errors; (d) force majeure events; or (e) a Player's own failure to comply with these Terms.

10.5 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pkrapp's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 pkrapp collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 pkrapp collects personal data including your name, CNIC details, date of birth, contact information, payment details, and gameplay activity for the purposes of: account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications.

11.3 pkrapp implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. Financial data is never stored directly on pkrapp's servers beyond what is required for transaction processing and regulatory record-keeping obligations.

11.4 pkrapp does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with KYC verification providers, payment processors, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or our operating licence obligations.

11.5 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to pkrapp's legal data retention obligations. Please contact [email protected] for data-related requests. Note that certain data must be retained for regulatory compliance purposes even after Account closure.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1 pkrapp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkrapp will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

12.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be published at pkrapp.pro/terms-conditions with the effective date prominently displayed. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12.3 Your continued use of the pkrapp Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

12.4 pkrapp will maintain an archive of previous versions of these Terms upon request.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pkrapp's international operating licence jurisdiction. pkrapp operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and adheres to the regulatory standards imposed thereunder.

13.2 In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the pkrapp Platform, you agree to first contact pkrapp's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. pkrapp will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by pkrapp's operating licence authority.

13.4 pkrapp's decisions on disputes regarding game outcomes, bonus calculations, and account activity are final and binding, subject to any right of appeal through the formal dispute resolution process described above.

13.5 You agree that any claim arising out of or related to these Terms must be brought within 12 months of the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims brought after this period are time-barred.

13.6 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
